at Park Ridge Presbyterian Church, 1300 W. Crescent Ave, Park Ridge (just south
of Touhy and west of Greenwood)
Roundtable and OA Chapter Meetings are held at Christ
Church in DesPlaines, 1492 Henry Ave, Des Plaines. (Corner of Cora and Henry)
Blackhawk District Annual Meeting
The Blackhawk District Annual Meeting will be held on
Thursday, December 18, 2003 at Park Ridge Presbyterian Church at 7:30 PM. All
District Members at Large and Chartered Organization Representatives are
encouraged to attend and vote on the proposed 2004 District Slate. The 2004
Proposed Slate can be found on the Blackhawk District website at http://units.nwsc.org/users/blackhawk/.
Come for the meeting, stay for the
refreshments and fellowship! If you have nominations please contact Meg
Farrell at 847/824-6877 before 12/15/03. There will be no nominations from the
floor.
Rechartering Clinics
Commissioners will be on hand at both the December 9th
Roundtable and the January 13th Roundtable to help you with your
Rechartering needs. If you do not have your Rechartering paperwork please
contact your Unit Commissioner or Meg Farrell at 847-824-6877.
Friends of Scouting 2004
We're moving on to next year already! If you know when your
2004 presentation is scheduled for please call at Cindy 847-635-1593 or Meg
847-824-6877. We would prefer to have
them scheduled from November 2003 – March 2004 so make your plans early!
