Pinewood Derby Results
Due to the great volunteer efforts this year by Pinewood Derby Chairman, Glen Kuthe, the 2003 event was unbelievable! Well…maybe we should say “believable” because Glen continues to do such a great job every year. Glen and his volunteer crew really went the extra mile to help create a racing environment that cubs and parents will not forget. The day included competition for the best looking cars and fastest cars. Many boys left in excitement because of the day's results!
On the behalf of Glen Kuthe, listed below is a great big salute and thank you to all that participated.

District Recharter Day -- A Success!
Signal Hill District Commissioner Elaine Masciale would like to thank all the units that took advantage of our second annual Recharter Clinic April 12. We had 14 units attend to gain assistance with completing their recharters paper work and take advantage of the opportunity to get important insight in the recharter process. We look forward to growing the number of units that will attend next year.
