2004 FOS FAMILY
CAMPAIGN
UNIT RECOGNITION
•
New Unit Recognition for
2004 based on both participation and unit goal.
–
Each District will set a
unit dollar goal that meets or exceeds last years FOS unit giving level.
•
Unit participation after
achieving the FOS monetary goal determines the award level for 2004 (Cards must
given to the FOS Unit Presentation presenter within 60 days of the
presentation.):
–
SILVER AWARD: If a minimum
of 50% of all families in unit participate with monetary gift.
–
GOLD AWARD: If a minimum
of 75% of all families in unit participate with monetary gift.
•
Each unit will receive
either 5 silver or gold unit FOS patches (rectangular strip) for the right
sleeve of unit leader uniforms.
•
When the FOS Campaign is
completed, it is expected that the recognition awards will be given at the May
Roundtables.
Each Unit will select a Unit
Coordinator that will give leadership to the FOS campaign. We want every Unit
to be involved and every family given a chance to help support Scouting.
