SCOUT EXECUTIVE'S MINUTE Dear Fellow Scouters: Be Prepared! As the motto of the Boy Scouts of America, it reminds us that we are in a period of preparation as the Northwest Suburban Council begins a drive to significantly improve our facilities and expand our endowment.We are reviewing our historical files, establishing and renewing relationships, securing campaign leaders and workers, developing our prospect lists, drafting detailed building plans, and generally “gearing up” to begin the silent phase of this campaign. Council leaders have dreamed of what “could be” for many years. Now is the time to raise the funds to make those dreams a reality. And the quicker we do it the faster these improved facilities can be available for today’s youth and generations to come. So “Get On Board” as we begin the journey toward upgrading our camps and ensuring Scouting’s future in the Northwest suburbs. Together we can and will make a positive difference.
