Time to think about Tigers Tigers are born in the spring, and the spring recruitment emphasis for Cub Scouts is Tiger Cubs. Each unit should visit kindergartens, send fliers and hold talks to recruiting these boys. The key to a successful recruitment is to have program for those boys to jump into. The Council wants each pack to host a Spring Rally Night and each District to host a Tiger Event in May. Each unit should have a summer program for new Tigers to attend. Part of that program can be Day Camp —yes, new Tigers can attend Day Camp!
