Scout Salutes Scoutreach Receives United Way Help The Northwest Suburban Council’s Scoutreach program was the recipient of a one-time $5000 grant from the United Way of Palatine-Inverness-Rolling Meadows. The funding will be used for program equipment and needs for over 800 Hispanic youth that are currently being served through our Scoutreach programs. Though a long-time supporter of our council, the United Way of Palatine-Inverness-Rolling Meadows has taken a special interest in our Scoutreach efforts. Many thanks!
