Scouter of the Month - George Zogaib

Scouter of the Month - George Zogaib George Zogaib has been active in Scouting since joining with his son in 1998. He has been a Den Leader and Assistant Cubmaster with Pack 100, an Assistant

Scoutmaster with Troop 392 and the Crew Advisor for Venture Crew 392. George has completed all available training to successfully fulfill the tasks for the positions he holds.

George also volunteers for numerous District programs and events and has proven himself to be a mainstay for the District. His volunteer work also extends to the Council as he has become a fixture at the Council Office and at both Camp Napowan and Camp Lakota helping to maintain the Council properties. He was instrumental in repairing some severe weather damage at Camp Lakota this past winter. He is a valued member of the Wilderness Engineers and his advice and suggestions for maintenance issues is welcomed.

George is a Brotherhood member in the Lakota Lodge and has just served as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Wood Badge Course C-25-07. He is quite active with the Council Venturing program.
