Scouter of the Month - Mary Sabol North Woods District is honored to present Mary Sabol as the September Scouter of the Month. Mary currently serves on the district level as a Unit Commissioner and is also serving as the Advisor for Crew 37. She is a past Committee Chair for Troop 37 and Webelos Leader for Pack 39. Mary, due to her years of service is also an honored Brotherhood member of the Lakota Lodge. In Mary’s spare time this year, she has staffed the 2007 NYLT. Currently, Mary is staffing this year’s Woodbadge course helping out with Program. Mary and her husband Patrick have three children; Bryan age 23, David age 21 and last but not least Kenny age 15. All three children were active in Scouts and Kenny their youngest recently was awarded his Arrowhead for completing NYLT this year and is a new Eagle Scout!! The North Woods District is very pleased to have such a dedicated volunteer and especially one that truly shows what Scouting is all about.
