February Scouter of the Month — Marty Schultz The North Woods District is pleased to recognize Marty Schultz as Scouter of the Month. A volunteer for numerous projects, Marty has proven himself an asset to the District and Council. His advise and counsel during the recent change of District Executives and the District Elections helped insure a smooth transition for all positions. He continues to make himself available as needed to assist the District. He also serves the District as an Eagle Coordinator. Marty volunteers for several Council positions as well. He serves on the Marketing and Communications Committee as Editor of the Northwest News. He also assists with other projects around the Council as requested. A former Council employee, Marty is retired from both the U.S. Army and the Boy Scouts of America but maintains his drive to serve the youth of the Council. His recent volunteer service as the Napowan Camp Director attests to this dedication. Our thanks to Marty for what he has done and what is still to be accomplished.
