January Scouter of the Month — Tom McCabe Blackhawk District is honored to pick Tom McCabe as this months Scouter of the Month. Tom is an active Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 114 and a Unit Commissioner for the Blackhawk District. Over the past six months, Tom has been instrumental in the organization of a new Pack and administering Unit Service to 3 units. He recently organized Roundtable discussion on dealing with "special needs" children in units, and is active in his community.
